As with anything, people need to be taught about what works and what doesn't work sexually for their partner. Don't get mad -- just make it a teachable moment. After all, the more into it you get, the better it gets for him!

 I agree entirely, My breasts are very sensitive and I can really only enjoy a guy playing with them once I'm really aroused. They rarely understand this!
