She bit me while giving me oral and the next day I found a red spot along with the bite marks but the red spot didn't look like a bite mark and I was wondering if I could possibly now have herpes and she got tested for stds and came back clean, does that mean I don't have herpes even though she would have transferred it from my lips to my dick and then into her vagina?

I have heard that is a possible way of passing herpes.
Both of you should see a doctor...soon.

It's probably a good time to see your doctor. It would be a good idea to make sure that you've not contracted anything, and if you have, you need to be able to tell her, so she can protect her health too.
Look at plannedparenthood.org and webmd.com. You can do a search at webmd.com with "herpes" as your search term. You'll find lots of information on it there. Here's a starter quiz for you:

Good luck and take care of yourself, and your partners. Education is your best bet to prevent stuff like this from happening.
