I worked her at an event and she was very touchy feely, touched my arm, back and hands throughout the day. I went to her home to drop something off and she said "Come in" Her make up was done and hair was done, I said "No I gotta leave but I'm just here to drop this off" so I'm walking away and then she says "come over anytime during the day"It's awkward. How do I tell her that I can't work with her again? Reply to this Question Share |

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Also confide in another work colleague so you have back up. This woman is giving you unwanted advances and potentially could turn this into a nightmare for you if you reject her.
Speak to your boss and state your position, see if you can be moved to another department or place. Let your boss know that you are uncomfortable and you'd like to exercise your right to work in peace without sexual harrassment.
Don't speak to her again, don't make eye contact and don't confront her...you need official back up to protect yourself or you may end up losing your job.
