hi you can go for stress management remedies, doing physical exercise, playing with pets, gardening diverts your mind.physical excercise naturally induces sleep by release of certain chemicals in the body.Best thing i do is if i wont get sleep is read interesting book while sleep position, when you feel sleepy put of bed light with out getting from bed another one is breathing excercise, inhale air slowly and exhale slowly (pranayama).

Well you're not alone darling. I heard a pschycologist say on the tv the other day that all people are anxious all the time - and that was a great relief to me too!!!! We all think its just us, but we are all things, every one of us, there are just different degrees of it.
A very simple exercise you can do to help is this. When you get a problem and you say 'oh no, what if ........', you know what I mean, well instead of saying that to yourself say 'So what if........' and then see what your answer is. Its about challenging the stories your mind is telling you - cus they're all porky pies, and seeing the truth behind the fiction. Just ask yourself - fact or fiction - and set about deciphering the truth from the rubbish.
Wish I'd known that myself years ago :)))))
