As long as they don't get violent enough to have sex against your will then just accept them being really immature, it's not right iys a bit pathetic, but it's fair enough they're disapointed

It can happen but no it's never normal, without more details we can't say whether it is in your situation.

I've been disappointed and even got into a huff a couple of times but never angry.

Actually, the answer is situational, but the above is the first thing that popped into my mind.

WHY was he asking?

WHY did you refuse?

WHO is he?

WHAT is your relationship?

Honey, anyone who is getting angry about wanting to get intimate with you, is not Good news.

However telling someone you are going to get intimate or deliberately leading someone on, then changing your mind may lead to confusion.

Why do you ask?
