Sure you will. I'm like you and prefer the maturity of older women, and I'm seeing an older woman.
The thing is, at the moment you probably are too young for an older woman to consider you. That doesn't mean it can't happen, but it means that if you are serious, you'll need to have a lot of patience.
It also means that you'll need to do a lot of work on yourself. Younger women have a tendency to accept more bad behaviour from guys than older woman. An older woman won't tolerate and doesn't need to tolerate a little boy. So you need to wise up, be smart and make sure you're working hard and have something to offer. That means good career choices, good grades and intelligence.
It also means that you need decent hobbies other than things like computer games too. I mean actual hobbies, say like the gym, dancing, photography, anything like that which she may find interesting and can join in with.
Finally, you need to have respect. You should have respect with all women, but remember again that an older woman is more likely to throw you away if you make a mistake.
What you're looking to do is prove that you're as mature as any older guy. The good news is that more women are now dating younger guys, so you're well within a shot. But you'll probably have to wait a while and do a lot of work.

 That is not a problem. There are plenty of women that love the attention of a strong younger man. I know I do.
I would be proud to be with a man that appreciates me, whatever the age. You will be happy, I just know it. Be patient, your time will come.
