At the beginning of our relationship, we spoke often, he called often, we saw each other often, communication was not a problem. But he recently went away for a month in the States and told me we'd still be together, we were but I saw things (pictures)to make think hard about trusting him, as well as while he was away, someone told me about him leaving me. He's back now and I have confronted him about most of these things and he says the pictures were nothing serious and the info was a lie. To me he has changed and I'm afraid that were fading away. His calls are short and he doesn't try to spend time with me, I feel like I'm putting in all of the effort. It hurts to the point that sometimes I feel like I don't need him and sometimes he's not even on my mind, I go out with my friends to get my mind off him, but other times when im just sitting around I think of him, and it hurts. What hurts is thinking about the fact that we aren't close anymore. Please give me some advice.

It seems your boyfriend has let the love fade. Perhaps he met someone while in the states and that person may have ruined your relationship, even if by accident.
Have you been able to see him and find out a bit more? Or is he being secretive to the point of just not wanting to tell you?
It seems terrible that you've been so happy with him and then, suddenly, he's abandoned you.
