Grinding and circling your hips is most likely to feel the best for you, but guys tend to enjoy the "in-out" motion more, up and down seems to work the best. So get him to stimulate your clit with his hands while you're on top, and if you're a little nervous or shy, try reverse cow girl, then he doesn't have to see you blush.
