 omg you are even thinkin what should you do..please sweet heart move on..u asked a guy out and he said wait a month then and there u should have maintained the disatnce..if he was decent enough and dint like you he should have told you that he doesnt want to date you and shit.but he dint u find out yourslf that he is dating someone else. how sleazy is that!!!!..now i think u should move on pick another hot guy..try and give yourself a make over. look super sexy!!!and make him want to talk to you when he does dont respond,all ways avoid him,dont get a boy friend just to make him jealous but yeah find a real man unlike this whoos!!!best of luck..

 Move on sweetheart and don't let him see you pining over him, he is currently playing games and that is just not fair on you.
Act a bit aloof and don't look at him longingly, believe me I know it is hard when you feel so strongly about someone but it seems to me like he is hedging his bets.
Is this other guy someone who gives a guy what he wants on a sexual level?
Could be he heard she was easy or something and if he is a guy like that then don't bother with him.
Keep your dignity and move on to someone else as he knows you like him he will possibly keep you dangling until he feels right now I will go after her.
Don't feel like he is doing you the favour.
Start talking to other guys even if they are not the loves of your life and keep yourself busy with female friends around you so that you are not alone when he decides oh I will give this girl some time.
Don't let him hug you right now and say to him that you are not into waiting around while he dates other girls.
Be strong and positive as he will think wow this girl has got guts and determination.
What does this girl you hate have then? Is she a stronger willed person than you or is she totally out there in her manner?
Don't let him see that he has upset you either.
