well, u r right.he is shy.well,if u dun want him to get overwhemled..its kinda hard.isuggest just to walk right up n talk to him.he will proberly get overwhemled but its one of the only ways.good luck .keep us updated

heartbrokenhelper is verified as being by the original poster of the questionoops i tried to take the throwing paper part out, saying i realize its not much as a flirting + he wasn't the one who threw it... but yep other things as his eyes gaze over me and linger there longer than he has on others. i am awfully clumsy and he notices that other people tag me as unstable and crazy he didn't... etc that sorta thing
hes very shy, so getting to know him will be kinda hard. any tips on flirting with a shy guy or getting to know him at least?

Well hon just because he tosses paper like everyone else doesn't mean he's flirting. Instead of watching him why don't you talk to him, get to know him better?
