Tell him that you have told your parents, and that they have said if he doesn't stop they are going to talk to his parents. (If that doesn't work, then tell the teacher.) Who cares if he hates you--he sounds like a total loser!! You will have plenty of opportunities to deal with losers like that your whole life. Consider this practice. Be strong and do what you want to do, not what you think everyone wants you to do.

My daughter had a similar but less serious problem with a boy in her gym class. One day she just yelled "Stop Harassing me!". As it happened the School policeman was walking by, He called the kid right out of class and took him to the office for a chat about the realities of life. End of Problem. I highly suggest going to an authority. For you an end of a problem you shouldn't have to deal with. For him better a bit of trouble in High School Than a law suit at his first job.

I had the same thing happen to me while I was in middle school/jr. high and I told the boy to stop bothering me or I'd file a sexual harassment complaint against him through the school.
He didn't stop, so I filed the complaint and he never bothered me again.
Just give him fair warning (even though he doesn't deserve it) that you will press charges if he doesn't stop - see what happens.
Good luck! :D

Honey! Warn him to stop or you will tell your teacher. And if he does it again then tell on him. You could be doing him a favour, because if he treats all girls like this, one day he will end up in very serious trouble.
