writes:ok so every morning on my way to class i pass this guy on the sidewalk. at first we just smiled at each other and made eye contact but last week i worked up the courage to say hi. the next time i saw him, he said hey to me and asked how i was doing. is he interested? and if he is how do i get him to ask me out? im really confused about this so any help would be appreciated. Well I think the smile is a great sign. I'm sure you know what boys are like. Most of them if they weren't interested would look away and not even bother to make eye contact. I think boys are hard, you don't talk to them they think you're not interested. You do talk and then you feel like you're being desperate or way to pushy. I think you should stick with it, be yourself! why not ask him to go out sometime? You don't try you'll never know. Hope everything goes ok.

 i cant say for sure you would have to pick up on some hints he give you. in my opinion some people are being polite, since i know my self i ask everyone how their doing if were starting off a conversation its just a formality for some people. if he is interested in you you'll find out kinda quick since honestly we suck hiding how we feel about girls.hope it goes well

 Usually boys are very forward if they like a girl. Most are so obvious if they like you, you'd have known right away lol.Is this boy shy?If you like him, try talking more to him. Maybe see if hes on MSN, Facebook etc.But if your not interested DO NOT lead him on.Sophie
