 I am sorry but I agree with the others if you let him do that he may be leading you on till he finds the right girl!! If you like him then u could be sending him signals but I am around your age and if I were u I would tell him to stop!! Make sure you know if he is going to change your friendship to more or not!! If not then all this teasing is just going to upset u if u like him and he just wants to tease u and nothing more than that happens (a relationship)!!! Good luck :-)

You LET him, so he keeps doing it. You are like the practise dummy (not calling you dumb though, mind you) where he can hone his skills til he finds a girl he really likes.
You like him, he doesn't like you ("that" way) - so stick to being friend or cut him off.
