By the way, I just wanted to add another observation that came to me. My girlfriend's cousin ... he had a girlfriend who was hot by every standard .. face, body, etc. I would rate her a 8/10. But, when I was around him, I noticed he was always making comments about how hot the girl on tv was or some girl that was around. I believe a few times he did this in front of his girlfriend too. I didn't hang around enough with him to notice if he ogled women on the street. But, I think sometimes these types of actions/comments are a natural persona. Other than those few comments I heard from her cousin, he was a nice guy in every other way.

 I am gonna be really harsh with this. He is a no mark....if this is his behaviour all the time and you are not getting anyhting out of this relationship, dump him.

If you've had a talk with him about this before ... try reversing the tables on him. When you're out in public, try giving another guy a look or comment like he does with the girls. I'm sure it will probably catch his attention. Especially if you make it look nonchalant enough like it's a normal act for you. Sometimes, nothing like doing unto others to make them pay attention/notice.
