Oh honey. A "distance" relationship for 3 months is not much of a relationship at all. How many times have you seen each other? Because for guys talking and IM chatting don't count. It's about face to face time. And if you haven't had much of that with him then he likely doesn't see you a a girlfriend, just a girl he's talking to or had a few dates with. Trust me when a guy is into a girl he makes the time to talk and to see her. I would say let him go and find someone local who can really be there for you.

 Follow your gut instincts on this one! Long distance relationships are hard to uphold! Send him a letter and tell him how you feel. Some times thats all you can do! :)
