As much as this is still a very wrong situation it at least makes me feel a little better that he is not a lot older than you and taking advantage of the situation.
wait for mr right to come along and not a member of your family. Also remember you are still under age and your mum wont always be working where you go to school. it wont be long before you leave to go to college or work and you will have a whole world open to you.

Could you confirm how old your cousin is please?
firstly i would like to point out that you are a minor, you are under age and this is NOT legal!!!!
any form of sexual encounter before the age of 16 is not legal.
secondly this is your cousin, you should not be this close to your cousin.
thirdly if you are not comfrtable with it then dont do it, this advice will be the same even if he is not your cousin. if he says he will leave you if you dont then he is not worth it and obviously doesnt love you.
please could you tell us how old your cousin is as thats quite important in this question.

Not sure about the law in the States, but in the UK it's legal as a result of recent research into genetics: there is no greater incidence of birth problems with cousins than any other pairings.
The problems stem from biths to siblings, and sex is illegal between brother and sister as a result.
Now, your relationship WILL be frowned upon even if it is legal, and if you get sexual, for goodness' sake be careful and take every precaution against pregnancy or you will be treated as outcasts, regardless of the state of the law - but follow your heart......

Hell, even your own country was in on it until not so long ago. Half your presidents married their cousins. No one looks down on them, and THEY were slave owners.

He only wants sex which could let to you getting pregnant, which is very unhealthy. I'm sure you mother would prefer that you go out with guys at your school than with your cousin. If he does not stop, or if he tries to push you further, tell your parents.
