He likes to dress up and put make up on... I'm scared he might be transexual!

Question - (4 October 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 5 October 2010)
A female United States age 41-50, *hellyBell writes:

I have been w/my bf for almost a year, and a few months ago he told me he was a CD. I am pretty good with it - it's fun to dress up together, I do his make up, and we have a great time with it. This weekend was our first night of dressing up and going out, and he was so elated. It was fun, but kind of strange for me. He said that he wants to take baby steps with going out so that I don't get freaked out, but then he asked if we could go to another club tonight. I don't want to say no, but I am kind of uncomfortable because it's so soon after we just went.

Plus, yesterday he was wearing his french manicure nails and partial eye make-up all day. Also, I found that he had put ads on a dating site under t4m when during the first couple months of our dating. I am concerned that he's not just a dresser, but really wants to dress up as a woman to have sex with a man. I asked him about it, and he says that he loves me and doesn't want to be with anyone else. He said that he placed the ads because he was curious to find out if he just wanted to dress or if he was actually interested in the transexual life.

He claims that he never did anything with anyone, but I don't know if that's true because I have found that he tells a lot of lies. I'm really confused because I love and care about him so much, but I am so afraid that he might be bisexual and that he'll eventually decide that he wants to be with a transexual or something. Do you have any advice or insight? I'd really appreciate it!

A female reader, MsVick United States +, writes (5 October 2010):

MsVick agony auntI just got out of a 7 year relationship with a cross dresser take it from me they do become consumed by it. Mine lives his reality on the game Second Life, we are no longer together.

My observations have been they want to dress up all the time, some want to be shemales, others want to be women. My ex hates himself and is self destructive. he cannot allow himself to be happy because he wants to be a woman so badly. I also believe he is at least bi curious, I think he wants to be a woman so he can be with another man.

I hate to say this but if I were you and knowing he does the dating sites, Id run not walk way from this one. He will only break your heart over and over again.
