 Tell him that you want to take it slower, and that you were uncomfortable with the forehead kiss.
He is asking you so that he knows what is and isn't okay. Answer him honestly, but politely, and he'll understand.

 Tell him that this is going to fast for you. The best thing you can do is be honest and it is also the nicest thing to do rather then getting mad at him when you just can't take the pressure.
He shouldn't be asking for these things, they will just happen when you two are comfortable. Thats really all you have to say and if he won't respect that then i don't think that he is right for you.
