He is over it, but I want more reaction from him

Question - (19 December 2009) 2 Answers - (Newest, 19 December 2009)
A female United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Hi!

My ex and I broke up in September because I was immature. Lately though, I've been missing the conversations we used to have, and I miss talking to him.

We haven't really talked since we broke up, and when I asked for forgiveness, he said that there was nothing to forgive. He also said that his feelings changed from the beginning of the relationship. When I try to talk to him now, he's very curt and different. I would like to know why he is acting like this. I have a feeling that he hates me, but wouldn't it be better to tell me if he just tells me that he hates me than just hide it if he hates me?

I think he's just moved on. So you need to as well. Don't look for comfort in the past, instead look for it in your future. Find someone else.

Aunty BimBim agony auntumm, you broke up with him, and he says he is over it. His feelings for you have changed. You didn't hide your feelings when you broke it off with him so why should he hide his feelings now?
