If you've already told him how you feel and he won't commit, then you can't suddenly win him over. It just won't work. If he doesn't fancy you, then he just doesn't. That's not your fault, and it's nothing you've done or have not done. It's him. If he knows how you feel and won't take it further, then he's just not the guy for you. There isn't anything else you can do.
