Hi, I think it sounds very unlikely that you are pregnant. However, it also sounds like you need some sex education. Before you have any more sexual contact, I think it would be a good idea for you to watch this video and then read the links I'm providing below.
If you are driving a car, you need to know how to do it safely. If you are having sex..... you see the point here?
No one can look after your health and well-being like you can. No one will look after your health like you do. If you mess up, the only one who gets hurt here is you. Okay? So let's get some info posted here for you. Follow the links below (you may have to copy/paste some) before you do anything else sexual! Take care.

Get on the pill, but I doubt you're pregnant, because it was on your stomach and not in your vagina. Make sure you use condoms when you're giving oral sex too, then you won't have these problems. My advice to you is get on birth control, buy condoms, and possibly buy plan B and keep it for emergencies.

For the love of God, when are you young folks going to figure out how babies are made?! Stop having sex or having sex acts, get yourself educated and get on birth control.

No, you can only get pregnant if semen is deposited in the vagina or on the vulva.
If the semen didn't go anywhere near your genitals and you washed it off straight away, you can't get pregnant from that.
