Wendyg agony auntHas this suddenly started happening ? Is this the first time he has had sex ? Could he have an infection ? is he able to ejaculate on his own ? What ever the answers to the above are, he needs to see a doctor and soon by the sound of it, you dont want to leave something like this unattended, get him checked out to make sure that its nothing serious, in most cases things like this are sudden little flare ups that can be easily treated and really are nothing to worry about just are very unpleasant to have, you need to make sure that its not an STI or an STD, as you could be affected by this aswell. It could be a urinary tract infection, such as cystitis as men can get this and on this occasion only presents itself when he is trying to ejaculate, its not uncommon for men to have it and not have a burning sensation when they pee, but all other things can happen aswell. Has he had mumps ? Is there a swelling, someitmes the testes can become swollen inside the scrotum at the onset of mumps so thats something to consider, it turns to a bacterium that can cause a swelling in or out and is treated with antibotics, equally any sexually transmitted disease can cause swelling and pain so its hard to say without him being looked at properly. so get him to the docs soonest and get him looked at, you can go with him if he feels awkward about it, but please dont just leave it, take him along to check it out.

Take care x
