A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

So I started dating a guy a few months before going away to college and we never really broke up. We both just left and assumed the relationship was over i guess. I know he's seen other girls and I have seen other guys while in college but when we come home for breaks we get together and act as if we're together again. I like him a lot but I feel like I should stop seeing him. I'd like to try have a serious relationship with him but I know thats not what he wants. I don't know what to do.

Really think about what you want. At the moment, you're second best for when he comes back and nothing else.Do you always want to be second best to this guy, or would you rather be really important to another guy? Don't allow yourself to be used. End it with him and move on.
