 um...you aren't in "love" with him, this is just an infatuation that will pass over. When you do talk to him he might not actually live up to your "expectation" of what you thought he was. He doesn't seem interested so lay off him and give him some space. Judging from his personality it won't be him going to meet you. It has to be You to meet him. Hmm. He feels you are an annoyance so after a couple of weeks meet up with him. Continue that cycle and he also might be attached to you :).
