 You do alot of other things. I doubt he finds you selfish for not reciprocating. Some men just cannot find sexual pleasure in something like that, all for different reasons I'm sure. You could try using your hands or arousing him in different ways, get creative. You could try licking his body (I'm just throwing ideas out at this point).
