There isn't much you can do. The past can't be changed.
This problem is your boyfriend's problem, not yours. Only he can get his head out of that negative place.
All you can do is make sure that you know it's not your fault. You haven't done anything wrong, don't let him make you feel bad for this.

One day he MIGHT grow up enough to understand that everyone has a past and that only thing that matters is that we chose to spend the present with the people we love.
