Other than STI's, if it is a very regular thing then any protein in the rectal area can rot and rot away your insides, but generally if it's not a regular thing, you are fine, this also counts for just eating high in protein foods aswell like protein shakes.

still best to use a condom, unless you know for sure that he is negative for STD's. if he is negative for STD's then i don't think there is any harm in him cumming in your ass. it's not much different to him cumming in your mouth if you are into that. but best use a condom.

You might feel a little bit uncomfortable afterwards. I don't know about that condom thing, the reason why I like doing it is because I don't have to use a condom and there's absolutely no chance of getting her pregnant.

well my first bit of advice would be use a condom when your having anal sex - as you can imagine its not very hygenic to not use one - esp for him. i cant imagine that there is much harm in him coming inside you there, apart from the risks of infection and STD's. anal sex without a condom is always risky to be honest. i wouldn't advice doing it again. when you use a condom there are obviously lubricants on it which you need when having anal sex. without lubricants you can risk tearing or damaging your rectum.

Only the usual risks that occurs during unprotected sex: AIDS, Gonorrhoea, syphilis, HPV(worts), Hepatitis, to list a few. At least your not too likely to get pregnant.
The greater risk is to him, Semen doesn't really do any damage, but human faeces (your poo) can do all kinds of damage to his urethra, bladder and kidneys plus all of the above.
When going anal use a good quality condom. Some companies even make them specially for anal sex.
