He can get his fingers in there with some pain but when he gets ready to insert his penis its like there is a block there or something. Is there anything that I can do to make it easier or to help this situation because it is rather frustrating and I know that he is sexually frustrated.

Try some Lube....there are all sorts out there this will help make it easier to push in! Then try and get him to increase the amount of fingers he uses then see if that helps loosen you up....but usually first time you get this problem...give it time...and enjoy!

The lovely satin has it right again; we are not legally competent to comment on medical issues and can only offer opinions - and recommend a trip to your GP, of course.
However, I suggest that you Google "vagisimus".
I think this is what may be going on between you. Pressures and anxieties are known to cause the kind of physical reactions you describe and are well known as "vagisimus," when neither your mind nor your vaginal muscles are relaxed enough to experience the enjoyment that penetration should bring.
Harry.
