First and foremost you must tell your husband. It my seem like you would rather die but he must know if you are in pain.
Secondly if you have recently had a baby there is a more than good chance that you have not fully healed yet. You should go to your OB/GYN. And found out if you are not suffering from internal injury.
Thirdly, this can be common some women after giving birth can find themselves allergic to things they were not allergic to before they had their baby. Find out with you are allergic to whatever birth control you might be on, and or different foods you and your husband maybe eating.
