Hi sweetness,
I don't think that having dreams about cheating means that he's cheating. It could be that you're paranoid about him cheating, or maybe he's given you a reason to suspect he is... but dreams and just dreams. The last weird dream I had, I was having sex with Drew Carey... you know, the fat guy with glasses. And that, I assure you was only a dream.
Maybe you're feeling uneasy about the relationship, but just because you dreamt it doesn't make it true, okay sweetness?

Most dreams have hidden meanings, they never show how things really are. I think its important to take note on how you feel and the background things you see. It could mean that you are feeling very insecure and these are just your fears arising. But no, it is not necessarily that he is cheating on you, that would be very naive to think like that. I suggest you get a dream book and put your fears to rest.

A lot of people put meanings to dreams, but if i did that I would be dead by now! My mam always says the opposite happens but our brains are very complex and they can take things in and jumble them around.
Take care
