I know its not what you want to hear, but you can't really do anything. If you tell her how you feel, she wont thank you for it. I think the best thing you (though it might not seem possible right now) is try to forget about her and turn your attention to something (or someone) else. Unless the ex directly expresses any interest in you, I dont think you should say anything. I hope you can get over this problem soon! Best Wishes xKx
