hey,
i have stretch marks on my arse which were really embarressing for me wen i was younger. i didnt know why i had them but my bf says its because i gained weight too quickly and then lost the weight again too quickly. however as the years have gone by they are barely noticable and im not as self concious anymore as i used to be. it dosent bother my bf in the slightest as he has them too. like satin desire said about 90% of people do get them. i have also heard the cocoa butter and bio oil help to fade the marks but i didnt use any and they still faded. dnt worry about it hunny all scars fade with time.
good luck xx

Stretch marks will never be rid from your body once you get them, but they can fade dramatically to the point where they're only noticeable in certain light. When I was 13 and 14 I got some horrible red stretch marks on my upper thighs, but now - I'm 21 - they're not even noticeable, really. You can get creams and lotions to supposedly help reduce the sight of stretch marks. I've heard Cocoa Butter works.

Also, just to add; stretch marks will fade with time, so they won't be as noticeable as you age, particularly if you happen to be light complected. I've also heard that bio oil is probably the best thing out there now.
