This is going to sound silly, but every time I get close to orgasm, I get the worst cramp ever in my toes, which kinda spoils the moment! It's never been a problem until now....and all this week, my almost orgasms (both solo and with my BF) have come to an end as I'm in sudden pain. It's embarrassing!

We haven't changed our sexual positions, and I'm not dehydrated, and haven't run any marathons, so I don't understand it and don't know what to do.

I try and ignore it and my bf still orgasms but I don't anymore 'cos of the pain. What should I do? Thanks :)

Instead of having sex, for a change just lie together in a convenient position and have him masturbate you while kneading and rubbing your feet/toes with his other hand. While a man generally has only one erogenous zone, practically speaking, many women have no idea how many they themselves have; some of the women I've slept with have been able to climax through having their feet played with. If he does this when and while you orgasm it may allay the cramping problem as well as giving you both another sexual iron in the fire, so to speak. He can also do the same thing if you draw your knees upward during missionary position sex and he holds your feet in either hand- this position also allows deeper vaginal penetration, awkward though it may sound on first reading.

I guess like everything we do that is physical we can get cramps. Try getting a mineral addative, I think it is a lack of magnesium that causes cramps, check with a pharmasist, and follow directions, of course.

This happens to me A LOT! You are tensing up...not in a bad way, just having that feeling...try try try to let your entire body relax and when it's building, breath and let it go.... I have a tendency to tighten my muscles so much my legs hurt lol and sometimes I cramp up enough to get a minor charlie horse and my left big toe seems to be the one that cramps up.... I try to keep that leg slightly turned depending on where I am. It seems to get me the most when I am on my stomach and he is behind, which I love, but.... lol. I totally get it! And here I thought it was because I was older...well, I've got about 20 years on you, so it's not that! Anyway, try what I said, it's worked pretty well for me, most of the time.

DoubleM agony auntNot personally, but once had a girlfriend who had that problem. She didn't say how painful it was, but complained that her toes curled downward during orgasms. It was a long time ago, and my memory fades, but she seemed to know something about why that happened. Something about her ligaments, I think. I'd suggest a doctor examination.
