For heaven's sake any persistent lump could be cancer until a qualified doctor or specialist diagnoses otherwise.
SO GET DIAGNOSED !!!

Hiyaaaa,
Have you hurt yourself before getting the bump? Because could be from an injury that it's swollen but I'm no doctor so I advise to go to the doctors and get it checked out.
Get it checked out and the doctor and give ya some cream or medicine to make it go down. Don't worry about it just get it checked out and you'll be as right as rain!
Hope my advice helps!
Good luck!
Lots of love,
Ima FreAk!
