I definitely do about half of the time and its great, but the other half of the time I ejaculate with little to no sensation. What can I do?It's not a mental thing because it doesn't matter if its with sex or masturbation. There's no worrying involved or other negative thoughts, etc. But it is quite frustrating. Could it be a medical issue? Has anyone heard of this happening?

I have this problem too but im female. Sometimes I sort of orgasm, but its so weak I can barely feel it and thats the end coz im not lucky anough to be able to experience muliple orgasms! Sometimes I feel MORE frustrated after sex/masturbation because the orgasm was so weak! I have no psychological reasons either so you're not alone. I think that some people are just made to have stronger/longer/more orgasms than others and its a shame coz people like us are left frustrated. Ive done alot of research on this subject and tried every trick in the book, even spoke to friends about it but nothing seems to work. I just try not to let it get me down. Basically what Im saying is you're not alone. Another way of looking at it is that obviously I cannot experience orgasm as another person and maybe its not that their orgasm physically feels better, it could just be the way they interprate it that's different. I know I haven't solved your problem but I hope I helped on some level!!!!
