My boyfriend broke up with me to go back to his ex, and by my own nature of not wanting to be alone I returned to my ex boyfriend as well.I was on my period for the first week that my ex and I started dating...Which was April 5 to the 10th. My ex and I have sexual realtions on April 16th, 17th.Unproteced! Big mistake! On April 18th my boyfriend returned to my home with an engagement ring and said that he was sorry for leaving with his ex and that he wanted to marry me!He stayed over the 18th,19th,20th, and the 21st. We also had sexual realtions with no protection that whole weekend.I have no idea what to do, I'm pregnant and I don't know from who? What are my options? Is it possible to get a paternity test while am still pregnant? Pleas, any advice would be nice.Thank you! I told him about my expirience with my ex as well and I told him that I had protected sex and that my ex used a condom!

Hi,
I would advise you to seek professional advice on this. They may be able to pinpoint the pregnancy, but I would think it would be still a guess especially as you had sex with one man on the 17th and then another on the 18th.
The one thing you cant do is guess and hope for the best. One of these men has got you pregnant , whoever the father may be needs to be involved in your child's life.
If it is your ex, then obviously it is going to create problems in your current relationship. But you hardly ran away and cheated on him, you both went your seperate ways so its not as though you cheated on him (though I wont go into why you had unprotected sex with an ex boyfriend - I'm sure you won't do that again!)
All the best and good luck, keep healthy for your baby's sake and I'm sure things will work out for you in the long run.

Yes, it is possible to get a paternity test while pregnant but is strongly ill-advised....
"Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
Chorionic Villus Sampling is usually performed at very early stages of pregnancy, generally around the 8th to 13th week of pregnancy. During the CVS procedure, a catheter is inserted through the cervix and a small sample is taken from the outside of the gestational sack by gentle suction. This sampling procedure allows the obstetrician to obtain a small amount of fetal chorionic villi (trophoblastic tissue) which is used for the paternity test. Paternity tests conducted using CVS samples are just as accurate as tests which are performed after the child is born.
Amniocentesis
Amniocentesis is generally performed at later stages of pregnancy. During an amniocenteses procedure, a small amount of amniotic fluid (10ml) is withdrawn transabdominally by your obstetrician. Amniotic fluid is also an excellent sample for paternity testing; paternity tests which are performed using amniotic fluid are just as accurate as tests conducted after the child is born. "

I'm not completely sure, but it is my understanding that a woman is most fertile within 6 days before and after her period. I believe that would make April 16th and 17th's lover the baby's father. I AM NOT POSITIVE, but when you have your 1st prenatal visit with your OBGYN, they will give you a due date, and there is 40 weeks of pregnancy, so it will help you to determine. Good luck sweetie, and congrads!
