He tries to assure me that since I am lean, I will get my body back, but I know it will irretreivably change and will no longer look like the girls in the magazines. He wants this baby very much and I know he loves me, but I don't want him to leave me for some 25 yo unstretched girl. Guys, please an honest opinion of women's post baby bodies? I asked my man, and he said that he loves a woman's body post-pregnancy. He says that it represents HIS child and are battle scars from a powerful woman. "That body represents our love, our life and our accomplishments together - the child being the best one."

This sounds more like your insecurity rather than his concern. If he hasnt given you any signs in the past about his concern for your appearance pre/post baby, then it more than likely wont become issue.
