If you have been pregnant before and know the symptoms and have been missing your periods, don't delay, do a pregnancy test or consult your doctor. It can happen that a person can have a period and still be pregnant. I know of women who had periods for a few months while they were pregnant.
Get peace of mind and get a test done.

Some women can get a light period in the early stages of pregnancy, so IF you are pregnant, that explains what happened in October. The easiest thing for you to do would be to go to the pharmacy and get an over the counter pregnancy test, they're quite accurate these days, and could be the best way to ease your mind. At least then you'll know.
All the best xx

If you haven't had sex since your last period it is not very likely that you are pregnant. However, as the other poster stated, you can put your mind at rest about this pretty quickly by going to your doctor and getting a test done. Good luck =]
