writes:I haven't been on here very long, but most of the stories I have seen are about boys mistreating girls! In my opinion us girls don't give boys enough credit, I say boys! What i mean is the nice boys. Yes girls, there is some out there. Yes, they are hard to find most of the time. But we are human, I can't understand why girls stick around when you are clearly being treated like dirt. You say you "love him"? the question you really need to ask yourself is does he love you? Or a better question what is love? maybe you haven't been anywhere near that feeling? are you so tired that you convince yourself you have finally found it? You need to know that you haven't. But everytime you stick around for him telling you he's sorry and you fall for it again, you are getting further and further away. So just think, give yourself more respect. You are worth much much more than that. You need someone who treats you well, who is happy to be with you, maybe laughs with you at the joke that somehow didn't happen to be all that funny.  To be soooo young,you are soooo wise! I agree totally with what you write! Keep that mindset & you'll always win in your relationships with guys & one day find the right one if you want marriage one day,or just a good solid relationship! Love yourself first so you can then love another! If you don't love yourself,you cannot love anyone! Thats the pure 100% truth,amen. Self respect is your best friend & will get you everywhere!
