After flirting for as couple months i decided to ask her out.She said what would we do since im not allowed to drive for a month. i said that i could make it work. she says what would we do and cleverly adds this is the part where you impress me. I told her i would make her a vegan dinner since she just became one. She said that i was sweet and that she was impressed.She texted me like 10 times during school. But when i saw her in class that day she acted like nothing happened. when i tried to text her about setting up a date she wouldn't text me back .WTF?!?!? my friend says i shouldn't have perused her and that i should have been indifferent. But i like her. I am in the eleventh grade but in kinda of new at dating and i am no expert. Should i just talk to her in person or text or call her

 Just talk to her when you see her next.
Seeing as nothing has happened you can still keep everything casual.
Just talk a bit and then the second time you see her ask if she's still interested in that dinner.
I'm not 100% obviously but try and make sure she's not only interested in you for your car. Some girls only get with a guy because they can drive and to show off to their friends.
Just talk to her and play it cool.

i think you need to ask her straight what she wants maybe she's confused or scared but you shouldn't seem obessesed just say something like so your not interested then? if she really is intrested in you she'll come running. dont worry bout it mate
