She has told me that she doesn't want to be with him and loves me. However I am not comfortable with her seeing him, when he comes on leave from the navy. He also texts her and ásks how was you valentines day with your boyfriend. Although I trust her I really dont trust his agenda. We have had a fall out about it recently and over reacted by nearly walking out of her house. I am not sure of what approach to take with it now.

You may not trust his agenda, but I am sure you can trust hers. She has said she doesn't want to be with him, and she chose to be with you. I don't think you can really ask her not to see him, because this is not about her being bad, it's about him fancying her. Trust her.
