CandyVice is verified as being by the original poster of the questionit worked!!! he rubbed my stomache n i did sum sit ups...(which were pretty pathetic.lol.) n....lol...it came out as gas.lol. tanx peeps!!! he is such an ass tho, he sed dat it ws the fan's fault becuz the fan ws on us. dats not possible is it??? i dont tink so, no its not....rite?

 yes it happens embarassing as iy may be. its air. try laying a you back and do a little sit up putting pressure on tjat area w/your muscles. try pushing it oit of you if it still hurts.
