Hi

I have given birth to two kids naturally and rest assured I am still firm. I do alot of exercise and by taking a break from sex it allows for your muscels to contract and tighten. For the record I am 34 and my husband asks me when I am not in mood why are you so tight.

It is important to take care of yourself to avoid "deterioration".

Do kegels but do them with the kegel master 2000. I am not an employee or spokeswoman for this product just a very happy user. I have been using this tool for about three years and I love it. I got it off the web site and it's reasonable for what it does. Its a device that has four different springs. You start out with one spring and work your way up. The springs create resistance and to my knowledge this is the only thing out there that does this. I am a mother of two children of natural child birth and became bothered with not feeling as "tight" as I did before. After using this it is amazing. I can actually make my husband cum by just squeezing my pelvic muscles and neither one of us has to move. I swear by this and use it at least four times a week. I have told my sisters and all my friends about it.

You can do kegels, which you should be doing anyway trust me you will be glad later in life. They also help with orgasm and a whole bunch of things. You can google them if not sure how. Anyway the vagina is a very elastic thing, I wouldnt be overly concerned if I were you. Just keep up the exercises. I have heard of tightening cream and using a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water but I think these are only temporary and I dont even know if they work. Good Luck to you!
