He came in again today and immediately remembered who I was. He asked me how I was liking my job (he remember how many weeks I had been there, even tho he only saw me the once). I scanned all his things through and he proceeded to stand there and talk to me about the weather (cliche much?!) and tell me where he was from and the weather there etc ... even though there was people in line behind him and I was the only staff out front. I don't remember what he said when he left, as I was preoccupied with the next customer. It could just be that he's a friendly person, but it was almost too friendly... he started the conversation after he was rang through, and went into more detail than most people do with a stranger. I suppose time will tell what his motives are (I'm always skeptical when guys hint at interest in me, cause I'm not usually the type of girl to get that sort of attention) but I'm curious what you all think... is he just extremely friendly or flirting?

There are three possible solutions to your question. There is no way for me or anyone else to say what his motive is but, the solution is most likely one of these three.
1)He could just be very outgoing, and likes to talk.
2)He might think you're cute and interesting and is flirting with you.
3)He might be a store manager routinely checking workers for quality control.
Since you have only been working there 3 weeks, it is difficult to say.
