 It could be nothing but its always best to get checked out. Try telling your friend your concerned about her and if she wont go to the doctor then to at least check out her own brests for lumps. There is lots of advise on the internet how to do this correctly.
It could just be lactation or increased mechanical stimulation of the nipple even by irritation from clothing during exercise or activity and this can happen even if not pregnant.
If the discharge is bloody or watery then it could be a papilloma or infection. A papilloma is a non-cancerous tumor about 10% of woman who have discarge without reason could be cancer. The earlier this is found the more can be done.

 If she was pregnant it would not be waterery. It would be milky colour. I have never heard of this before. You are a great friend - try and get her to a doctor. I have never expeirenced anything discharging from my breast until I was pregnant.

in my opinion you should contact to your doctor, becoz as you told that she is vargin, it means that she is not pregnant, it may be other diseases which can harm her body. so pls take her to the doctor
