Ldu is verified as being by the original poster of the questionso basicly 10-30mins is the average for vaginal penetration to be left satisfied ( disregarding other factors like how good your partner is etc). And anything from 1-15 mins clitoral . Thanks a lot making me feel good about my performance ( time wise ) lol

 I forgot to answer part two: for how long I'd like sex to go on. It also depends on how horny I am, but 30 minutes is a good time frame. Sometimes you want just a quick 5 min one, other times you can do 30 minutes, have a small break, and then go back on for more.
20 minutes of penetration is by far enough though. More than 30 min penetration is tiresome and painful. But sex is more than penetration, and I could go on for hours if Im really turned on. But an average of 30 minutes sounds good.

It takes me about 10-20 minutes to orgasm. 10 if Im very horny, 20 if Im average... and if it has to go on for 30-40 minutes I sometimes just give up and not bother because Im not horny enough to get off.
For me it is all about fantasies. If I have something sexy that I can think of, something that drives me crazy, I can get off easier, and it will be a more powerful orgasm. If I don't have anything in particular to think of I might as well give up. Mental stimulation in other words is the most important thing for me, as well as clitoral stimulation. As far as intercourse, i don't like it to last forever, not longer than may be 15 min, otherwise i am all swollen down there the next day.
I also have a hard time to orgazm if i am overly excited, ussualy when its a new partner. For women to orgazm they need to relax as much as possible. When its too much excitement is going on its hard to relax, but its still pleasant just to have sex. Women are very different than men.Its nice though that you think of pleasuring your partner.
