a really good conversation should be different everytime.
what do i mean?
u cant say the same things to different girls.
U need to check the environment youre in.what is happening? Is the girl wearing anything specific? Does she have something you can notice and comment on?
Humor is something all girls appreciate.
Examples
Safe
U - Hey. How you doing?
Girl - Hey..Good.And you?
U - I'm enjoying the night...By the way I'm Mark.
G - Nice to meet you.
U - Nice to meet you too miss. Well, I am feeling the music right now,and you've caught my eye...would it be too much if i asked you to dance?
BETTER
U - Hey..
Girl - Hi
U - I noticed the ring on your finger...Looks like one my grandma has.
Girl - Oh really? Cool.
U - Right,can I see it?
*girls gives u her hand* U find this as an opportunity to do a handshake.
I am Mark . *SMILE*
Girl - I am Nadya.
U = Nice to meet you Miss Nice Ring...Do you come here often?
Girl - Sometimes...
After 5 mins of small talk, you can ask her to dance.

Wow, what a question. People have written entire books on this subject. As you have realised, you are playing a statistics game: sometimes you get rejected and sometimes you don't, and all of this can depend on a lot of things that may well be out of your control. I don't think I have a `one shot' answer that will always work but here are some ideas.
DON'T
* Call her `babe'.
* Ignore her friends.
* Use corny pick-up lines.
* Engage in macho theatrics.
DO:
* Start with a friendly `Hi'.
* Be confident.
* Show you have a sense of humour.
* Back off when you realise she has a boyfriend, etc...
Have fun.

A
reader, anonymous, writes (19 April 2011): A lot of girls in clubs like the guys to be straight to the point, so if you see a girl you want to dance to just go over and say "hey do you wanna dance?" Well that's what I'd want in a club, if they start beating around the bush then I'd get a little bored and start thinking of reasons to leave.
I hope this helped. Good luck
