You could hate me for what I'm about to say lol, but have you considered that he's just flirting with you because he wants to get some behind his gf's back? Like I tell everyone if he has a gf or wife stay out of it! You'll only create problems for their relationship, and will probably just end up hurting you too I know thats not what yu wanted o hear but I hope it helps.
