I was laying on my back and lifted my legs up closer to my chest and it happened a lot. People said it happened during sex. Mine was just random, it's not normal. What can I do???

Then your guy needs to be lectured on the female anatomy. It's not weird. If you're too embarrassed about it then I guess don't have sex or do those moves while a boy is in the room.

It is normal, it happens a lot during sex often because thats when you move your legs like that... It has little to do with anything else. So naturally when you move your legs like that, like you said you "tested" to see if you "have it", then it will happen! But just so we are clear, it's not something you "have", it's a part of how the body works, just like if you swallow air you might burp....
As far as I know there is little to do about this other than not freak out about it.

Hey,
You are COMPLETELEY normal.
Its caused by a build up of air being pushed into you during "aggressive" sex. Its not a problem, this happened to me when I was younger with a few of my partners.
What helps is making your partner be more gradual with his approach. Start very slow and build up. It can also be made worse if the guy slips out a lot. So control is key to this.
But dont be embarassed. Whoever told you its weird clearly has no idea what they are doing!
