instead of asking such a medical question - especially one which is even hard to diagnose in person - online, you could spend the time going to a doctor and ask him/her.
Nobody here can answer your question.
However, TMAU is an inherited disease and rare. Unless there is a reason for you to believe that you may have inherited it from your parents, you should not.
